Wikana S.A. is a residential developer and a public company listed on the WSE. The company operates in the development segment, the area of its activity covers the entire development process, from land acquisition, through design and obtaining final permits, supervision over construction work, to the handover of ready premises to clients and property management. The company is present mainly in south-eastern Poland.
