Andrzej has over 22 years of experience on capital markets, both domestic and international, working at top financial institutions including UBS, Citigroup, HSBC and Bank Handlowy. He was involved in investment advisory and investment banking for most of his career. Currently, Andrzej is focused on value based management (VBM) and transaction advisory (M&A) services, as part of strategic reviews in small and mid-cap companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is an independent non-executive board member of listed companies.
